I am planning a course to be held at Wincanton Laboratory on Sunday 4th January. This will be an intermediate course for those who already have some experience using their microscope.
We will explore the possibilities available to us to obtain the most from routine screening.

I will be attending the Doncaster Show, December 6th and 7th. You can find me examining pigeon droppings on the Labtec Ltd. Stand which I understand is in the middle of the Hall. This will be my first time at this venueso I look forward to seeing you there.
If you want any droppings screened then be sure to drop them off as early as possible in the day. A sample should contain about 12 droppings. Each fancier can bring two samples. I will do as many as possible during the time available.
See you there.

My apologies to all those who tried to log onto the web to purchase this DVD. It has taken the best part of today but I think that everything is working now. Time will tell.
So far this year, I have had more cases of Paratyphus presented to me than in the last 3 to 5 years combined. My impression is that it is certainly more of a problem than it was 20 years ago.

I thought that this might be fun. If nothing else it could be a useful way of keeping interested parties up to date with this vets comings and goings.
